We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Officer to join our Egypt branch. The ideal candidate will have experience working with GPS tracking systems, strong technical and administrative skills, and the ability to provide efficient customer support while managing system registrations, device activation, and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Register customer details and sold device information accurately in the system.
- Activate GPS tracking devices and generate/send user login credentials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Respond to client inquiries related to system usage and device functionality.
- Issue invoices and coordinate with the finance department for processing.
- Send invoices and relevant documentation to customers.
- Follow up with clients regarding annual subscription renewals.
- Maintain proper records of customer accounts and service history.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience dealing with GPS tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
