Job Summary
The Food Runner plays a key role in ensuring smooth service by delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately. The role requires coordination between kitchen and service teams to maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to tables quickly and accurately.
- Ensure presentation standards are maintained during delivery.
- Confirm orders with kitchen staff before serving.
- Assist waiters in clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Communicate special requests and modifications to the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B service preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Energetic and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with positive attitude.
