Job Summary
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests in line with restaurant standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Provide menu recommendations and explain Italian dishes.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints politely.
- Process billing and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to upsell menu items.
- Flexible and able to work in shifts.
