We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations in Jubail. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, ensuring proper functioning of equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to schedule and execute maintenance tasks.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and civil systems as needed.
- Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and reduce operational costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance supervision or related field.
- Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
