We are seeking a skilled Welding Technician to join our team in Jubail. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding operations and maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical and industrial engineering principles. This role involves performing welding tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting production and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) according to project requirements.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair metal structures, pipelines, and machinery.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications accurately.
- Ensure all welding work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to plan and execute welding tasks efficiently.
- Maintain records of completed work, materials used, and welding certifications.
- Identify potential issues or defects in metal structures and propose corrective measures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in welding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
