Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Attendance: Validate overtime, leaves, and attendance records from biometrics to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
Compensation & Benchmarking: Design competitive compensation packages and conduct market research to define salary benchmarks.
Employee Life Cycle: Manage newly hired formalities, including bank accounts, insurance, and medical/police fingerprinting.
Visa & Contract Management: Process employment visas, Emirates IDs, and municipality health cards; manage contract renewals and non-renewal notices.
Exit Formalities: Prepare final settlements (gratuity), cancellation documents, and service certificates for resigned or terminated staff.
Data Management: Maintain and audit updated employee "201 files" and digital master data in the HRMS/HRIS.
Audit & Compliance: Assist the HR Manager in facing internal and external audits related to Compensation and Benefits.
Internal Communication: Facilitate company-wide memoranda, holiday announcements, and bulletin board updates.

Requirements

Gender: Female.
Indian or Phlipines candidates preferred.
Age: 28–35 years old.
Education: Degree in Commerce or Accounts; an MBA in HR or Finance is desirable.
Experience: 3–5 years in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with HRIS, SAP, or similar payroll software.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of current UAE Employment Rules and Regulations.
