Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end hiring for Non-IT roles. The candidate will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies and delivering high-quality talent to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs
- Ensure timely closures of positions
- Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement
- Track recruitment metrics and performance
- Improve recruitment processes and efficiency
- Ensure a strong employer branding experience
- Maintain candidate database and reporting systems
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling mid-level hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
