We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the recruitment function and lead a team of recruiters. The role involves driving hiring strategies, managing stakeholders, and ensuring efficient talent delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Oversee end-to-end hiring across multiple business units
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Monitor team performance and hiring metrics
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
- Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Optimize recruitment processes and tools
- Mentor and guide team members
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners
- Handle senior-level hiring and critical roles
- Prepare reports and present hiring insights to management
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Minimum 3+ years of team management experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in high-volume and strategic hiring
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
