Are you passionate about food safety, quality excellence, and hygiene standards? We’re looking for a hands-on professional to drive end-to-end quality and hygiene practices across manufacturing and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and implement Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000)
-Ensure consistent product quality across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
-Drive root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues and customer complaints
-Coordinate closely with production to ensure SOP and CCP compliance
-Conduct shop-floor audits and monitor hygiene practices
-Enforce personal grooming, sanitation, pest control, and waste management standards
-Perform regular audits across retail outlets for food safety, hygiene, and compliance
-Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements
-Manage internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness at all times
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
-4+ years of experience in food manufacturing (preferably FMCG)
-Hands-on experience in factory and multi-location retail audits
-Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000
-Experience handling regulatory audits and inspections
-Strong supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills
