Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. The role involves managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication
- Understand client needs and provide suitable products/services
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations)

Educational Requirements
