We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
This role requires strong experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, and strategic planning. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive impactful marketing initiatives and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market reach.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and market trends to drive business growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Brand Management
- Strengthen brand positioning and maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with company branding guidelines.
- Monitor brand performance and market perception.
B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Work closely with sales teams to support pipeline development and client acquisition.
- Implement targeted campaigns through digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
- Optimize marketing channels to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage content creation including marketing materials, case studies, and promotional campaigns.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Present marketing plans, campaign results, and performance reports to senior management.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Use insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and brand strategy.
- Experience working in the GCC market is an advantage.
