🔧 Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects.
- Manage site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Follow up on approvals, conduct meetings, and ensure the timely completion of work.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and permit requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks proactively.
🎯 Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project execution.
- Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes.
- Expertise in project planning and scheduling.
- Good understanding of FIDIC conditions of contract.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
🧑💼 Experience:
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in UAE MEP contracting.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred.
- Must be currently available in the UAE (Dubai).
