Job Summary:
The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a positive impression of the organization. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling communication, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
