Position: Tractor Operator & Winery / Vineyard Worker
Location: Trozena, Arsos Area, Limassol District, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-Time
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable after 6-Month Trial)

💼 Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Tractor Operators & Vineyard Workers for a boutique winery in Cyprus. The ideal candidate should have strong experience operating tractors in vineyards and supporting agricultural and winery operations. Candidates must be hardworking, physically fit, and capable of working during harvest seasons and extended hours when required.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🚜 Tractor & Machinery Operations
✅ Operate vineyard tractors safely in narrow planted rows
✅ Perform tight turns and reverse manoeuvres with attached equipment
✅ Operate vineyard machinery such as sprayers, mowers, and trolleys
✅ Connect and disconnect agricultural implements safely
✅ Perform basic tractor maintenance, including greasing and fluid checks
🍇 Vineyard Operations
✅ Support vineyard activities,s including pruning, ploughing, weeding, and trellising
✅ Assist with spraying and canopy management tasks
✅ Support grape harvesting and trolley transportation
🍷 Winery Operations
✅ Assist in grape receiving, sorting, destemming, and crushing
✅ Support press operation and cellar activities
✅ Perform sanitation and cleaning of winery equipment
✅ Assist with bottling, packaging, barrel filling, and tank racking
✅ Requirements
✔️ Minimum 3 Years of Tractor Operating Experience
✔️ Experience in vineyards, wineries, or agriculture preferred
✔️ Forklift or mini excavator experience is an advantage
✔️ Good English communication skills required
✔️ Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
✔️ Willingness to work early mornings and overtime during harvest season
✔️ Neat, organised, and responsible personality
⏰ Working Conditions
✅ Standard Duty: 8 Hours Per Day
✅ Harvest Season (August–September): Up to 12 Hours
✅ Occasional Evening & Night Shifts
✅ Outdoor work with dust, sun exposure, and vibration conditions
