Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join a professional hotel team in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hotel facilities, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely, and supporting a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair works (plumbing, electrical, and mechanical)
- Inspect, service, and maintain water systems, boilers, pumps, and tanks
- Repair plumbing fixtures, including toilets, showers, and faucets
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Maintain swimming pools, jacuzzis, and spa facilities
- Ensure proper functioning of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, etc.)
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all technical areas
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to work shifts when required
Employment Package:
- Net Salary: €1,100 per month
- Contract: Seasonal (Minimum 10 months)
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation provided
- Meals: 3 meals per day
- Medical & Insurance: Covered by employer
- Utilities: Electricity, heating/AC, water included
- Air Ticket: Return ticket provided upon contract completion
