Position: Heavy Machine Operator

💰 Salary & Benefits
✅ Gross Salary: €13.51 per Hour
✅ Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: €2,340 per Month (based on 40 hours/week)

🛠️ Job Overview
The Heavy Machine Operator will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites. The successful candidate will work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.
🔧 Job Responsibilities
✅ Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other construction equipment
✅ Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
✅ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
✅ Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule
✅ Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and site instructions
✅ Adhere to company policies and operational procedures
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
✅ Complete daily operational logs and reports as required
📋 Requirements
✔ English communication skills are mandatory
✔ Must possess a valid Pre-Departure Course Certificate from Skills Pass Malta
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery
✔ Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License
✔ Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and regulations
✔ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
✔ Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
✔ Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required
