Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windshield Repair & Replacement Technician responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle windshields and automotive glass while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Repair cracks, chips, and damage in vehicle windshields when possible.
✅ Remove and replace damaged windshields and automotive glass.
✅ Inspect vehicles to determine repair or replacement requirements.
✅ Use specialized tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
✅ Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
✅ Provide professional customer service and technical support.
✅ Follow company procedures and workplace safety regulations.
Requirements
👨 Male candidates only
🎂 Maximum age: 40 years
🔧 Proven experience in windshield repair and replacement
🛠 Good technical and problem-solving skills
🗣 Basic English communication skills preferred
🤝 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
💰 Gross Salary: €1,200/month
💶 Net Salary: Approx. €942.60/month
