Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Transformation Lead (Chinese Speaker) to drive the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead AI transformation programs, identify business opportunities for AI integration, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered solutions. Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential for effective communication with regional stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's AI transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end AI transformation projects, from business analysis and solution design to implementation and change management.
- Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and technology teams to define AI use cases and project roadmaps.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Promote AI adoption through workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business growth.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project performance, measure business impact, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and global project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, technology consulting, or enterprise technology implementation.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology or AI transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, automation, generative AI, and data analytics concepts.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
