Job Description: Senior Marketing Executive (F&B / Restaurant Industry)
Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales across restaurant and food & beverage operations. The role involves developing promotional campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, coordinating events, and analyzing marketing performance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns for restaurant and F&B outlets.
- Manage social media platforms, digital advertising, and online brand presence.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, special events, and customer engagement activities.
- Work closely with restaurant operations, chefs, and management to promote new menu items and special offers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Create marketing content, including advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and media partners.
- Manage relationships with influencers, food bloggers, and media representatives to increase brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare marketing reports.
- Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget while ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing channels.
- Support customer loyalty programs and initiatives to improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or restaurant industry.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with graphic design or marketing software is an advantage.
