JOB DESCRIPTION – QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
- Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports.
- Assist with tendering, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare interim payment applications and assess payment certificates.
- Monitor variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control.
- Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial documentation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
