Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced O&M Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance of technical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate operation and maintenance activities.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical and equipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare maintenance reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and maintenance procedures.
- Support site inspections and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical/engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong technical and maintenance knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
