Job Summary
The Tint Experts LLC is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Executive with excellent communication and sales-closing skills to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, an Arabic speaker, and have a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience. Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automotive window film products and solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and available options to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain consistent communication to close sales.
- Negotiate effectively and achieve individual sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of inquiries, leads, bookings, and sales activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and maximize revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Arabic-speaking candidate required.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Automotive industry or automotive accessories sales experience is highly preferred.
- UAE sales experience is an advantage.
- B2B sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Strong follow-up discipline and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.
