Job Description – Sales Cum Merchandiser

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Cum Merchandiser to promote and sell toy products in retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring product availability, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote and sell toy products to customers in retail stores.
- Approach customers, explain product features, and recommend suitable products.
- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and attractively presented.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Check product availability and report shortages or damaged items.
- Implement in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, and sales activities.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and retail store staff.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales updates and merchandising reports as required.
- Maintain product knowledge to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Male and female candidates are welcome.
- Age: 35 years and below.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Previous retail sales or merchandising experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and good organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
