Job Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join a reputed semi-government organization in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy sourcing to onboarding coordination.
- Conduct bulk recruitment and identify suitable candidates for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment databases, and other hiring channels.
- Screen CVs, shortlist applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate candidate records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.
- Support recruitment operations and ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requirements.
- Maintain organized recruitment documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations and coordination.
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Proficiency in recruitment database management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines effectively.
