Job Summary
Unitek General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage construction, interior fit-out, and facility management projects from planning through successful completion. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE project management experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver projects within approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction, fit-out, and facility management projects from commencement to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and health and safety requirements.
- Lead project teams and coordinate site activities efficiently.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and project execution issues.
- Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, and resource utilization.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience in a Project Manager role — mandatory.
- Strong background in commercial construction, interior fit-out, or facility management projects.
- Civil Engineering qualification is preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent project planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and multiple priorities.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE, particularly Abu Dhabi, will be preferred.
