Urgent requirement: 250 Remote Trainers
Full availability for the entire project: 9 weeks, 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.
We are sourcing candidates for a large-scale remote training project covering 56,000 trainees over nine weeks. Training materials and the online training platform will be provided by the client. Our scope is to supply qualified trainers and coordinators.
Trainer requirements
Fluent in the assigned training language: Arabic, English or Urdu.
Previous experience delivering live online training.
Engineering degree with field experience in transport and safety—subject to final client confirmation.
Experience in hazardous-materials transportation and occupational health—subject to final client confirmation.
Available for the full nine-week assignment without interruption.
Able to deliver four training hours per day, five days per week.
Each trainer will handle a new group of approximately 25 trainees each week.
Willing to attend a client interview or training demonstration if requested.
For every shortlisted candidate, we required:

Preferred training language and level of fluency.
Educational qualifications and relevant certifications.
Remote training experience.
Transport, safety, hazardous-materials and occupational-health experience, where applicable.
Earliest joining date and uninterrupted nine-week availability.

Laptop, reliable internet and suitable remote-working setup availability.
