Urgent requirement:85 Remote Training Coordinators
Full availability for the entire project: 9 weeks, 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.
We are sourcing candidates for a large-scale remote training project covering 56,000 trainees over nine weeks. Training materials and the online training platform will be provided by the client. Our scope is to supply qualified trainers and coordinators.
Coordinator requirements
Fluent in the language of the groups assigned.
Able to supervise up to three trainers and their respective groups.
Responsible for scheduling, connecting trainers and trainees, monitoring session continuity, and coordinating resolution of attendance or operational issues.
Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and maintaining basic attendance and progress records.
Available throughout the nine-week project. Exact daily working hours remain to be confirmed.
