Job Summary
Support contract administration and commercial control through invoice validation, payment reviews and service performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate invoices against contractual terms and supporting records.
- Review interim payment applications and certificates (IPA/IPC).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify commercial discrepancies and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain contract records and prepare commercial reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Business.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in invoice validation and IPA/IPC review.
- Good understanding of contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong analytical, documentation and coordination skills.
