Position: Bakery Chef de Partie (CDP)

Salary: Up to SAR 4,000 + benefits package

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Bakery CDP with a specialty in Viennoiseries and artisan breads. You will be a key player in our bakery production, responsible for crafting high-quality, flaky pastries and rustic breads that delight our customers. Your technical skill and attention to detail will drive the success of our bakery offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, proof, and bake a wide range of viennoiseries (croissants, pains au chocolat, Danish pastries) and artisan breads (sourdough, baguettes, specialty grains).
Manage the entire production process for your section, from scaling ingredients to final baking and presentation.
Ensure all products meet established standards for taste, texture, appearance, and consistency.
Maintain accurate production schedules and par levels to meet daily demands.
Supervise and guide commis chefs or trainees in the bakery section.
Strictly adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
Perform regular quality checks and maintain detailed production records.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bakery CDP, Demi Chef de Partie, or senior baker specializing in viennoiseries and bread.
Expert technical knowledge in laminated doughs, fermentation processes, and bread scoring/baking.
A strong portfolio showcasing skill in croissants, Danish pastries, and various artisan breads.
GCC work experience is a distinct advantage.
Creative, precise, and able to work early mornings.
Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
