BAKERY CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP) - Viennoiseries & Artisan Breads
Position: Bakery Chef de Partie (CDP)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Bakery CDP with a specialty in Viennoiseries and artisan breads. You will be a key player in our bakery production, responsible for crafting high-quality, flaky pastries and rustic breads that delight our customers. Your technical skill and attention to detail will drive the success of our bakery offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, proof, and bake a wide range of viennoiseries (croissants, pains au chocolat, Danish pastries) and artisan breads (sourdough, baguettes, specialty grains).
- Manage the entire production process for your section, from scaling ingredients to final baking and presentation.
- Ensure all products meet established standards for taste, texture, appearance, and consistency.
- Maintain accurate production schedules and par levels to meet daily demands.
- Supervise and guide commis chefs or trainees in the bakery section.
- Strictly adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
- Perform regular quality checks and maintain detailed production records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bakery CDP, Demi Chef de Partie, or senior baker specializing in viennoiseries and bread.
- Expert technical knowledge in laminated doughs, fermentation processes, and bread scoring/baking.
- A strong portfolio showcasing skill in croissants, Danish pastries, and various artisan breads.
- GCC work experience is a distinct advantage.
- Creative, precise, and able to work early mornings.
- Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
