Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our labor supply and manpower outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market research skills with a solid understanding of manpower outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in labor supply and manpower outsourcing.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their workforce requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely deployment of manpower.
Monitor client contracts, renewals, and service performance.
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular business development reports.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, or labor supply services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license (preferred, depending on the role).
