Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our labor supply and manpower outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market research skills with a solid understanding of manpower outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in labor supply and manpower outsourcing.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their workforce requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely deployment of manpower.
- Monitor client contracts, renewals, and service performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular business development reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, or labor supply services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license (preferred, depending on the role).
