About the Role:

HRH Certified Public Accountants and Auditors is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is key to driving the firm’s expansion in the Saudi Arabian market through identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall firm growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.

• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging sectors and client needs.

• Collaborate with partners and managers to develop and implement market strategies.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

• Represent the firm at networking events, business forums, and industry conferences.

• Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and LinkedIn updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within professional services.

• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and regulatory environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
