Call Center Agent

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
Address customer questions, complaints, and inquiries effectively and efficiently.
Process orders, forms, and applications as required.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Strive to meet personal and team targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and call center telephone systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy.
