The Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Agents to join our Dubai team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, representing a major brand and providing world-class service. This role is perfect for a communicative, results-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently in both English and Arabic.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and offer solutions in line with company policies.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction, resolution rates).
Accurately document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve collective goals.
Adhere to compliance guidelines and scripts as required for specific campaigns.

Requirements:

Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory (both verbal and written).
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
