The Opportunity:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Agents to join our Dubai team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, representing a major brand and providing world-class service. This role is perfect for a communicative, results-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently in both English and Arabic.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and offer solutions in line with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction, resolution rates).
- Accurately document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve collective goals.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and scripts as required for specific campaigns.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory (both verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
