Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Arabic-speaking Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and building lasting relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients
Present and explain company products/services to prospects
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information in the CRM
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Requirements

Native or fluent Arabic speaker with good command of English
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
