About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for tendering.
Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost breakdowns.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to clarify project scope.
Present estimates and participate in tender submission reviews.
Monitor project costs during execution and assist with variation orders.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Estimator in the UAE interior fit-out industry.
In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and market rates in the UAE.
Strong proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Planswift, CCS Candy) and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualification:

A valid UAE Driver's License is highly preferred.
