About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for tendering.
- Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to clarify project scope.
- Present estimates and participate in tender submission reviews.
- Monitor project costs during execution and assist with variation orders.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Estimator in the UAE interior fit-out industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and market rates in the UAE.
- Strong proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Planswift, CCS Candy) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- A valid UAE Driver's License is highly preferred.
