We are a prestigious luxury resort in the heart of Khobar City, dedicated to providing unparalleled hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking dynamic and guest-focused individuals to join our Front Office team as Receptionists.

The Role:

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating a lasting positive impression. You will be responsible for managing all front desk activities with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival, perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Maintain the tidiness and professional appearance of the front desk area.
Ensure compliance with all resort policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Immediate joining is essential.
Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort is highly preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with proven experience in the Opera Property Management System.
Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
Impeccable personal presentation and professional telephone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
