We are a prestigious luxury resort in the heart of Khobar City, dedicated to providing unparalleled hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking dynamic and guest-focused individuals to join our Front Office team as Receptionists.
The Role:
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating a lasting positive impression. You will be responsible for managing all front desk activities with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival, perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain the tidiness and professional appearance of the front desk area.
- Ensure compliance with all resort policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Immediate joining is essential.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort is highly preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates with proven experience in the Opera Property Management System.
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
