Detailed Job Description:

We require multi-skilled construction workers proficient in one or more of the following trades: Masonry, Steel Fixing (Reinforcement), and Carpentry. You will be integral to building and repairing structural frameworks for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Specific):

Mason: Lay bricks, concrete blocks, or natural stones to build walls, partitions, arches, and other structures. Mix mortar and spread it onto foundations. Align structures using levels and plumb bobs.
Steel Fixer: Cut, bend, and place steel reinforcement bars (rebar) and mesh according to engineering drawings. Tie rebar together using wire to form the skeletal framework for concrete structures (foundations, columns, beams, slabs).
Carpenter: Construct, install, and repair wooden frameworks, forms for concrete, roof structures, floor joists, partitions, and finishing work (doors, windows, trim). Operate tools like saws, drills, and nail guns.

General Responsibilities:

Read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning, setting up barriers, and unloading materials.
Use and maintain hand/power tools specific to the trade(s).
Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows safety regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of practical experience in at least one of the listed trades.
Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous labor in all weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to learn and potentially cross-train in other trades.
