Job Title: Officer – CAM (Customer Account Management), Operations Group

📍 Location: Mashreq Bank, Qatar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Officer – CAM (Operations Group) to join our Mashreq Bank branch in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing account-related operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and supporting smooth daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer account maintenance (CAM) processes in accordance with Mashreq Bank’s operational policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate account opening, modification, closure, and documentation.
Verify customer information and KYC details in compliance with regulatory and AML standards.
Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Relationship Managers, etc.) to ensure error-free processing.
Support daily operations within the branch and operations group, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, transaction records, and audit documentation.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management, and compliance policies.
Respond to customer and branch inquiries related to account operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in customer account management or operations.
Strong understanding of banking operations, KYC/AML, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in core banking systems and MS Office applications.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
