Job Title: Officer – CAM (Customer Account Management), Operations Group
📍 Location: Mashreq Bank, Qatar
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Officer – CAM (Operations Group) to join our Mashreq Bank branch in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing account-related operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and supporting smooth daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer account maintenance (CAM) processes in accordance with Mashreq Bank’s operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate account opening, modification, closure, and documentation.
- Verify customer information and KYC details in compliance with regulatory and AML standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Relationship Managers, etc.) to ensure error-free processing.
- Support daily operations within the branch and operations group, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, transaction records, and audit documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management, and compliance policies.
- Respond to customer and branch inquiries related to account operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in customer account management or operations.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, KYC/AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in core banking systems and MS Office applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
