Job Title: PRO (Public Relations Officer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PRO to manage all governmental relations and ensure the company's compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws. The ideal candidate will be the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, handling all transactions efficiently and professionally to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and renew company trade licenses, visas (employment, residence, and dependent), and other government-related documents.
Manage all transactions with the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), Immigration Department (GDRFA), Department of Economic Development (DED), and other relevant federal and local authorities.
Handle medical examinations, Emirates ID applications, and labor card issuance/renewals/cancellations.
Process work permit applications, entry permits, and visa stamping for employees.
Attest company documents, certificates, and commercial agreements as required.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all employees' visas and legal documents.
Stay updated on changes in UAE government laws, regulations, and procedures.
Provide timely updates to management on the status of all PRO activities.
Handle the typing and submission of all official forms and applications.
Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary documents for processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a PRO in Abu Dhabi or the UAE, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, and other Abu Dhabi government procedures and online systems (e.g., TAMM, Tasheel).
Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have own vehicle for mobility.
Excellent network and relationships with key government authorities in Abu Dhabi.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
Discreet, professional, and trustworthy.
