About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and Arabic-speaking Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all company interactions with government departments. The ideal candidate will be an expert in UAE visa processes, license applications and amendments, Golden Visas, and dependent visa sponsorship. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processing of all government-related documentation and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Processing & Management:
- Handle end-to-end processes for new employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Expertly manage all aspects of Golden Visa applications for eligible employees/investors.
- Process dependent visas (spouse, children, parents) including medical examinations, Emirates ID, and residency stamping.
- Keep meticulous track of visa expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal procedures.
- Company Licensing & Government Compliance:
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all documents for new trade license applications.
- Manage license renewals, amendments (e.g., adding/removing activities, changing ownership/partners), and cancellations.
- Handle registrations and renewals with the Chamber of Commerce, Economic Department, and other relevant authorities (e.g., DTCM, DHA, etc.).
- Obtain all necessary government approvals, permits, and NOCs as required for business operations.
- Government Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government entities (e.g., GDRFA, ICA, MOHRE, DED, Free Zone Authorities, etc.).
- Physically visit government offices to submit documents, make payments, and collect approvals.
- Stay updated on the latest changes in government regulations, laws, and online portal procedures (e.g., Tasheel, Amer, GDRFA, ICA apps).
- General PRO Duties:
- Manage company documents, including attested MOAs, contracts, and leases.
- Handle labor contract attestations, work permit applications, and new labor quota requests.
- Process Emirates ID applications, renewals, and replacements.
- Translate official documents when required and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Essential:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 3-5 years).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Arabic fluency is mandatory for dealing with government officials.
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of all visa types, license procedures, and government portals/systems across mainland and free zones.
- Must possess a valid UAE driver's license and own a car. This is a non-negotiable requirement due to the need for daily travel to various government offices.
- Excellent network of contacts within key government departments.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Preferred:
- Experience handling Golden Visa applications from start to finish.
- Knowledge of specific industry-related permits (if applicable).
