Job Summary:

We require a competent QC Engineer - Civil with a strong background in building and infrastructure construction. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across all phases of construction, from foundation to finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement quality plans for building projects (commercial/residential) and associated infrastructure.
Conduct inspections for reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and waterproofing.
Coordinate material inspection and testing (concrete, steel, bricks, finishes).
Ensure compliance with architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
Monitor the work of subcontractors for quality adherence.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and approvals.
Work closely with project managers to address quality concerns and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 10 years of hands-on QC experience in building and infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
