Job Summary:
We require a competent QC Engineer - Civil with a strong background in building and infrastructure construction. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across all phases of construction, from foundation to finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement quality plans for building projects (commercial/residential) and associated infrastructure.
- Conduct inspections for reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and waterproofing.
- Coordinate material inspection and testing (concrete, steel, bricks, finishes).
- Ensure compliance with architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the work of subcontractors for quality adherence.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and approvals.
- Work closely with project managers to address quality concerns and ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of hands-on QC experience in building and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
