Salary Range: 7,000 AED to 10,000 AED per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing costs and contracts for our fitout and construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for fitout and construction projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning.
Manage procurement processes, including tender documentation, analysis, and subcontractor negotiations.
Conduct site measurements, valuations, and prepare interim payment applications (IPCs).
Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare cost/value reconciliation reports.
Handle subcontractor payments, final accounts, and contract close-out procedures.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Provide financial progress reports to management and clients.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 4 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE.
Sector Experience: Strong background in Fitout and/or Construction projects.
Note: Specific experience in Fitout (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential interiors) will be a significant advantage.
Licensure: A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and industry-standard QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, Planswift).
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be highly organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
