Restaurant General Manager

Basic Salary: SAR 24,000

Job Overview:

The Restaurant General Manager holds the ultimate responsibility for the overall success of the restaurant, encompassing strategic leadership, financial performance, brand representation, and the development of a world-class team and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction for the restaurant, setting long-term goals and operational standards.
Hold full accountability for the financial health of the business, including annual budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Lead, inspire, and develop the entire management team (FOH and BOH), fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Represent the restaurant brand at the highest level, engaging with media, key stakeholders, and the community.
Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment of senior staff, compensation, and career development programs.
Ensure the restaurant complies with all local laws, regulations, and company policies.
Drive innovation in menu development, service style, and guest experience initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure the restaurant remains a market leader.

Qualifications & Skills:

Extensive and proven track record as a multi-unit manager or General Manager in a renowned, high-end restaurant or hospitality group.
Mastery of financial management, strategic planning, and business development.
Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior managers and build a cohesive team.
Exceptional vision and ability to drive a brand forward.
Strong network within the hospitality industry.
